Our project is a safe where one can store valuables. It requires a password to open and emails are sent to the owner everytime the safe is opened or is attempted to be opened.

How Our Safe Works

Our IoT project solves an important problem. It keeps our valuables safe from thieves (also known as siblings). The safe protects our belongings by providing a locking mechanism attached to a motor, which lifts a latch when a correct code is entered. A light also illuminates to indicate whether the code entered was correct or not. The project sends us an email every time the safe is unlocked, and when three failed attempts to open the safe have been made.
